Useful information

Arrival and departure
The room is available to you from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. An early check-in as well as a late check-out are to be arranged with the front desk.

Bathrobe
Upon arrival you will find a free bathrobe in your room to take advantage of the wellness offers in comfort. A daily change is possible for an additional charge of €10.

Beverages
You can purchase drinks from the in-room minibar, at the bar on the second floor, and at the pool bar at the outdoor pool. For all information about the offer, please see the price lists in this app. You can make the payment directly at the bar or you can choose to charge it to your room and settle the bill at check-out.

Bike rental
E-bikes and city bikes for adults can be rented for a fee. Please see the price list with prices and information.

Bike storage
If you wish, you can park your bike safely in our bike storage room. Upon payment of a €20 deposit, we will activate your card to open the storage room.

Breakfast box
As a substitute for breakfast at the facility, available only on the day of departure, we prepare upon request a box breakfast with toast, fruit and a small bottle of water.

Buoys
We have 2 buoys in front of the hotel and reachable by swimming. Available upon request at a cost of €25 per day. For more information please ask at the front desk.

Excursions
You have the possibility to book tours and excursions through the front desk.

Fitness area
The fitness area, located inside the spa, is open from 8:00 to 20:00. Use is free of charge. Inside you will find: treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, bench, weights, adductor machine, pull down machine and multifunction station.

Front desk
Our front desk is always open. You can reach it by phone by calling +39 0456471210 or by dialing 9 from your room phone.

Keys
During the night, for security reasons, the front door is locked. To gain access, ring the doorbell. The room card, with which you also access the parking lot, must be returned in person to the front desk upon check-out.

Laundry
We offer a laundry and ironing service upon request.

Meal times
Breakfast: from 7:30 to 10:30
Lunch: 12:30 to 14:00
Dinner: 19:00 to 21:00
Room service: 12:30 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 21:00 for an additional charge of €10.

Parking
You will have a free parking space in the underground parking lot, accessible with the card. We also have 5 electric car charging stations. To use them, request the card at the reception desk upon payment of a deposit of €20 in cash. The charging fee is €0.40/kW.

Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the facility. We thank you for your understanding.

Pillows
Free of charge, you can request extra pillows: soft, firm or memory foam.

Quiet hours
From 13:00 to 16:00 and from midnight to 7:00 we ask you to respect other guests' rest and not make noise.

Reading material
On the third floor you will find a bookstore. We also have an area brochure area and magazines and journals, accessible by scanning the QR code in the room.

Room cleaning
Our rooms are cleaned daily. We change sheets every 2 days. Remember to put the towels down on the floor if you want them replaced. You can cancel the cleaning and turndown service by sending us the form found within this app.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas.

Wellness center
You will receive the following wellness accessories: bathrobe, bath towels, sauna towels and slippers. Please see the specific section within this app for the treatments offered.

Wi-Fi
Throughout your stay, you can surf the Internet for free by connecting to the ''Corte Valier'' network. Access is free, no password is required.
