Why did we open the Bistrot?

Our Bistrot was opened in the summer of 2019 at the request of our loyal visitors to have an easy place to enjoy the delicacies and have fun in an informal atmosphere. We opened this corner of paradise by the pool where you can admire the surrounding landscapes and breathe the fresh air. Compared to the restaurant this Easy & Chic Bistrot offers a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. Our goal is to take your comfort to a whole new level. So now, when you get up from a sunbed after relaxing in the sun on the lawn around the pool, you can order fresh salads or gourmet dishes right there. At our little restaurant in Lazise we want everyone to feel comfortable, so even our staff wear a light summer themed uniform.

Easy & Chic Bistrot

The Bistrot is available to all our guests and those who pass by Lazise, on the shore of Lake Garda, and wish to stop for a snack or try some delicacies. Every day in summer our Bistrot opens at 12:30 pm and is open until 3:30 pm local time. In autumn, winter and spring we will serve a reduced menu until 2:30 p.m. and some off-paper dishes with seasonal products on the Chef's suggestion and creativity.

The Bistrot

We serve our fresh summer dishes on modern and trendy ceramics, with placemats and shiny silverware that characterize the informal but elegant atmosphere of the place.
On our menu you can find a variety of delicacies, starting with light dishes prepared with fresh produce directly from our garden and continuing with traditional gourmet dishes. We also include international cuisine on our menu, so that everyone can find the dish they prefer.

What you can enjoy at the Bistrot

Our menu includes an excellent selection of specialities prepared with care by our chefs. A variety of fish dishes, including fried fish, fish salads and even raw fish. There is also a variety of meat and vegetable dishes and, of course, good pasta. For those with a sweet tooth, we serve a selection of delicious desserts.
In our Menu you will also find a section dedicated to children.
For wine lovers, we offer a selection of the best wines along with other drinks for all tastes.
